Parcel Packaging
The packaging of your parcel will vary based on the product ordered and the courier option selected. We understand that customers value their privacy and for this reason our packaging does not mention the website name, only the company name Comfort Click Ltd is mentioned along with the return address.
Signature Required Parcels
In the event that your are away when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a calling card mentioning the next time they will attempt delivery. Alternatively you can call the number on the card to organise an alternative date and time for delivery. You may also use the tracking number provided to trace the parcels activities to ensure you never miss delivery.

The majority of our delivery methods are tracked for peace of mind. if you have already ordered with us, simply copy your tracking number from your order dispatch email or SMS notification below.
